Tehnoterm is a design company specializing in the design of HVAC systems - heating, cooling, and air conditioning - in a BIM environment. Our mission is to contribute to the creation of functional, energy-efficient and architecturally clean spaces through precision, technical excellence and digital coordination.
Since its inception, our focus has been clear: to combine technical expertise with the aesthetics of architecture. We believe that engineering solutions should follow the architectural idea, not limit it. That is why each of our projects begins with an understanding of the concept, function and vision of the space.

At Tehnoterm, we use BIM technology (Building Information Modeling) not only as a tool, but as a philosophy of work. Through the BIM process, we build digital models of HVAC systems that are fully integrated with the architectural, structural and all other phases.
Such an approach allows:
- Complete spatial coordination and elimination of collisions
- Transparent communication between all participants in the project.
- Faster decision-making and easier cost control.

Our team consists of engineers with experience in designing various types of buildings - from residential, commercial and warehouse buildings, to hotels and public buildings. We all share the same professional culture: precision, responsibility and continuous improvement of knowledge.
Through continuous improvement in BIM software and monitoring international standards, we create the foundations for quality and long-term sustainable projects.
We believe that a successful project depends not only on technical knowledge, but also on the ability to listen, understand and collaborate. That is why we build each of our projects on open communication and partnership with architects, designers and investors.
